Installation and Project Management
Photuris installs, monitors and maintains a dynamic range of alarm systems designed to deter potential intruders from your premises. As an SSAIB accredited company, all our systems comply with the latest industry standards and can be tailored to your individual needs.
BS EN 50131 defines four grades of Intruder alarm system, 4 being the highest. The grade is measured by how resilient the alarm system is to attacks by intruders and other outside influences.
Grade 1 - Lowest
Intruders are expected to have little knowledge of the alarm system and may be restricted to a limited range of tools.
Intruders are expected to have a little more knowledge of the alarm system and use a general range of tools and some specialist equipment.
Intruders are expected to be conversant with the alarm system and have a comprehensive range of tools and portable electronic equipment.
Grade 4 - Highest
When security takes precedence over all other factors. Intruders are expected to have the resources to plan an intrusion in detail and have a full range of equipment, including the means to substitute vital components in the alarm system.
Photuris’ Projects Department are responsible for all installation and project management, works are controlled by skilled engineering teams at site level with support from our network of regional offices.

A true 24-hour 365 day per year call out service is provided to all contracted customers.
Service and Maintenance provision is based on a preventative approach which includes for the inspection, test and cleaning of your installed systems which has a proven record of reducing the rate of unwanted call outs.
